The deal, in plain words.

These terms cover blkfrog.com and the free website preview we offer. When you start a project with us, the one page agreement you sign is what rules that project.

Using this site

Browse, read, and send us a form. Please do not copy our work, our frog or our code as if it were yours, and do not use the forms to send spam.

The free preview

We build the first version of your website before you pay anything and send it to your phone. Asking for it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you do not like it, you owe nothing, nobody follows up, and we may keep the draft in our portfolio.

If you say yes

The price is $797 in full, or $398 when you say yes and $398 when the site is live. It goes live within five business days of your yes, as long as your answers reach us within two business days. Two rounds of small changes before launch are included. The full list of what is in and what is not is in the agreement you sign.

What is yours

The site is yours: files, domain and all access. Hosting for the first year is included. After that it renews at cost, or you move it anywhere you like. Changes after launch are quoted by the hour, with no retainer.

What you send us

By sending us a logo, photos or text, you tell us you have the right to use them, and we use them only to build your site. No photos? We use licensed stock.

Limits

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but it is offered as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by using it, or by other sites we link to.
